Use the “I don't know it” switch on the chart form. The chart is cast at 12:00 noon and marked approximate. Type, Authority and Profile are usually stable across a day; the Moon and the rising are not. Birth certificates and hospital records are the usual sources — parents tend to remember the meal, not the clock.
Almost always the timezone. Check the place you picked: historical daylight saving is resolved from it, and a city on the wrong side of a border can shift the whole chart. If the date and time are right and it still looks wrong, send us both and we will check the calculation ourselves.
Charts made as a guest live on the device until you sign in, at which point they are copied to your account. If you signed in on a second device, the charts from the first appear once they have synced. If they do not, write to us with the email you signed in with.
Settings → Delete Account removes the account and everything stored against it. If you cannot reach that screen, email us from the address you signed up with and we will do it.
